In the event of visible damage or missing goods, a notification must be made immediately upon delivery of the goods.
- Write on the consignment note what is missing or damaged. The note must also be made on the carrier’s copy of the consignment note.
- In the event of hidden damage that is not visible on the outside of the package, notification is made to us no later than 5 days after arrival.
Any compensation for damage to goods or packaging that is not noted on the consignment note, may not be paid.
If the complaint concerns a wood-burning stove, the product’s serial number needs to be stated. See label attached to the product or packaged in the brochure material provided.
