The following Purchase Terms apply when ordering products through www.josefdavidssons.se via the online store.
Ordering via the online store
Our prices and our assortment
All prices in our online store are displayed in Swedish kronor and include VAT. If the price is incorrect for any reason, we reserve the right to adjust it afterwards. As a customer, you will be asked if you want to proceed with the purchase in such a case.
The assortment in the online store may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right for possible sell-outs of our products and inventory errors. We reserve the right to any errors in information and specifications regarding the goods in our assortment.
Who can shop?
You must be 18 years or older to shop in our online store.
We offer direct payment by card as well as direct, invoice, or installment payment via Klarna or Stripe.
When you place an order in the online store, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. When the order is processed by us, an order acknowledgment will be sent to you by email. Always check your confirmation and order acknowledgment to ensure everything is correct. We recommend saving your confirmation and order acknowledgment for any contact with Josef Davidssons.
The delivery time stated on our website or in the order acknowledgment is only a preliminary delivery time. For products in stock, the estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days. For products manufactured on demand, the delivery time is longer. We recommend contacting us to confirm the delivery time if you wish to have your products delivered on a specific date.
Temporary out of stock or backordered items
If we have a temporary out of stock situation or if the item is a backordered item, the delivery time is determined by the availability from our suppliers. If there is a longer delivery time, we will contact you, and as a customer, you have the option to cancel part or all of the order. We do not offer partial deliveries. This means that if a product is out of stock, the order will be shipped in its entirety once the product is back in stock.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, you have a 30-day open purchase and exchange right. You should send the products you intend to return via Postnord Pacel. If we have to collect your shipment from a pick-up point, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK. We do not provide return shipping labels.

When returning a product, please enclose a copy of your receipt or your order number so that we can identify your order, as well as the article number of the product you wish to return. If you paid via Klarna, we will refund you through Klarna once we have received the return. We do not refund the shipping or return shipping costs. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery.
To be eligible for cancellation or exchange, the product must be unused and undamaged, and the original packaging must be intact. Please package your return carefully to ensure that the items are not damaged during return shipping. If the product or original packaging is not in an unchanged condition, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the depreciation in value of the product. You do not have the right to cancel your purchase if the goods cannot be returned due to their nature. Examples include goods that are made to measure or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
When exchanging a product, a new order is placed in the online store, and the return is handled according to the description under the heading “Right of Withdrawal and Returns.”
The cost of the shipment varies depending on the weight and size of the products. If the products in an order are bulky or exceed a total weight of 20 kg for individuals, they will be shipped on a pallet to your home address.
The shipment is sent with Postnord to a service point near your chosen delivery address. Once the shipment has been sent from Josef Davidssons and registered at the distribution center, you will be notified via SMS or email. The notification will also include a shipment number that will help you track your shipment.
Transport Damage and Faulty Products
It is the recipient’s responsibility to report to Postnord if the contents of the shipment are damaged. Carefully inspect the condition of the shipment upon receipt. If the contents of the shipment have been damaged, it should be reported to Postnord immediately. If the damage is hidden and not immediately visible, it should be reported to Postnord no later than 7 days after receipt. Always document the damages with photos. Then notify Josef Davidssons at email@example.com, providing Postnord’s case number, our order number, and a description of the incident.
Please remember to pick up your shipment on time. It will be available at the pick-up point for 7 days, and after that, it will be returned to us. If the shipment is returned, we will charge you an additional fee for our costs of shipping, return shipping, and return handling.
For complaints about a product, please contact Josef Davidssons at firstname.lastname@example.org. When filing a complaint, please provide the order number, description of the product’s defect, and contact information. In the case of any complaints, we provide a return shipping label.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
